Parcel Force is no doubt WORST company ever! Service is absolutely APPALLING!! Even Hermes is A LOT better - Despite HERMES cheap rates have never had ANY problems. PARCEL FORCE LOST ITEM AND supplier had to resend. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TEXT even though when tracking online they explicitly lie and say they sent out a TEXT, (No text has been received!!) EVERYTIME I ORDER WITH THEM I HAVE SOME SORT OF ISSUE TO ADDRESS....I have told my suppliers if I shall order again they will NOT USE PARCEL FORCE TO DELIVER TO ME!! WORTHY TO BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD!!! HORRENDOUS SERVICE...0 STARS
