Terrible! I wait in all day, get a message telling me my package will be delivered between 14:00 and 15:00, Then a message at 15:30 to say they had 'attempted delivery but I wasn't in' Well, I was in, all day.. in a room with a window to my drive way.. They said they have left a calling card - NOPE!! Twice this has happened with Parcelforce, its sort of an excuse to say they have made their drops for the day, yet didnt actually go there - they will just redeliver when it suits them as its your word against theirs... LOVE DPD, at least they photograph a non-delivery, so prove they have been there - I really think Parcelforce shouls adopt this...!! Still, only another unpaid day off work lost - hey ho, its only money!!
