They are a joke of a company. From now on, if delivery is made via parcelforce, I will not order from a Retailer anymore.
They are unhelpful liars. Obviously, they never delivered the parcel, said they attempted to, but they haven't because the building has a concierge. Then they said I had asked for a different date. Completely made up. And still haven't delivered my item, which now is too late anyway. Terrible.
