30th Jan, still waiting for parcel they supposedly attempted to deliver on 6th and 24th Jan (know they didnt as no card left on either occasion and know I was in and have just been told 'the driver probably couldnt find your road' (satnav can find road and other delivery companies have never had a problem but apparently Parcelforce drivers dont have satnav)!. Customer services have been variable - some appalling, some apologetic but for a company whose business it is to deliver parcels, the service is diabolical.
