Shocking service. EMS document sent from Japan never got to me and it was returned to the sender in Japan after 7days. No notice left for delivery, customer service telephone no not working, emails rever got replies. Luckily sent another document by DHL which arrived in two days. So in total, the whole thing cost a fortune!
Do not ever try and send anything by EMS, once a parcel tood one month too. Should have known better.
