I posted a wall clock and took out additional insurance to cover the £175 value. The clock arrived literally smashed to bits despite considerable care taken packaging. Parcelforce state that clocks are not covered by insurance - must have appeared in the small print somewhere - certainly not obvious. Really poor service and over £200 out of pocket due to lack of care by the courier. Absolutely disgusted.
