My global Economy parcel to the US costing 59 pounds never arrived .. Reason ? where is it ? given a tracking no. on post office purchase... great ...aaaah but its just a number it dosnt track at all.….compensation ? forget it no compensation given with global Economy ...was that explained on purchase no on my receipt no ….complaints procedure with downloading docs took an hour and a half of my life ...wasted the company is rubbish through and through.
