Do not use Parcelforce, very unprofessional. They should be closed. Your tracking is showing that my parcel was delivered on 18/03/20 at 16:15 from Bristol depot. I have not received it. Funny my address is 255B Roundhay Road Leeds LS8 4HS. When I enquired initially the parcel was at the Leeds depot. Called customer service several times and I am put on hold and end up cutting me off. This is the second time I have experienced very bad service. I’m reporting to the Ombudsman.
