I’ve used parcel force fir a few years now. I live in Dudley and use them most days sometimes Upto 7 parcels a day. My local driver MATT from the Birmingham depot goes above and beyond Always polite and helpful. Never lets me down. Just wanted to give him a special mention as he is a top lad. Keep it up MATT and please don’t ever leave 👍👍 if the management from Birmingham read this. Give him some praise and look after him. 👌
