Total joke of a company. Collected parcel and some how delivered a total different parcel with my labels on to the customer. So my parcel is lost and can not be located and someone else’s parcel is sitting with my customer which they will not collect back and cancelled my claim as tracking information shows delivered even when showed photos of the parcel they collected to the one that got delivered. They mixed up parcels and will not refund or help in any way. Shambles of a company
