Paid £70 for less than 2 kilos package send to Indonesia. Facing the pandemic is awful yet they should be professional in doing their job. No news and the explanation only lip service no clear intention to solve the issue. If they can't send the parcel as they 've promised, please return the parcel to us for god sake!
