Another lost parcel and indifferent attitude from Parcelforce.
My parcel was scanned onto the delivery van 1st June and and a delivery slot emailed to me via their system.
Needless to say parcel was not delivered and I have been chasing ever since.
No one at Parcelforce is interestedsimply saying the parcel is now missing. I asked if the delivery was outsourced to a third party contractor to be told they couldnt possibly comment. I cant help but think perhaps its stolen. The parcel was parts for a mercedes sprinter van.
I was also told by parcelforce that its not their responsibility to inform the sender they have "lost" the parcel they sent.
Shocking service, my advice is pay a little more and use a credible service, Fedex,UPS etc.
