They delivered my parcel to another address in my town by getting Close and Road mixed up. The people at that address denied receiving it and they told me the case was closed even though the driver admitted the mistake. I ended up £130 out of pocket. To make mit worse the depot is in the same town 5 mins away. Disgusting avoid if possible.
