I sent a parcel via parcelforce next day guaranteed am delivery parcel was collected from the post office where I paid £17. Parcel went from the post office to the hub At the hub the parcel was missorted and sent to the wrong depot. The parcel was then returned back to the post office from where I sent it, then back to the hub and sent to the correct depot. Avoid this delivery company at all costs, they are absolutely inept and totally and utterly unreliable.
