Terrible service. They informed us delivery was scheduled, x3 consecutive days, with timings . It arrived on the third one, late. No contact with us. I managed to track parcel but no reason stated. The driver dropped the box over the gate ( the content was fragile) , the lid has come off the box and he denied dropping it, I saw him do it. No apology. Contacted customer services and they suggested it is upto the driver to deliver, they don’t control his whereabouts, the timings sent are automated, very unhelpful and not courteous. I would suggest delivery companies never to use them . Awful experience
