If I cc ould give zero I would. Driver left a card saying my parcel would be at the post office to collect the next day. It then took 5days to reach my local post office from the back of the van. When I asked customer service for an explanation I just get it is company policy to take parcels to local post offices or back to depot. Still doesn't explain why this took 5 days. Good luck with this clowns.
