Absolutely disgusting and a total disregard for the contents inside which is now completely destroyed. this item was completely wrapped in 4 layers of bubble wrap and securely boxed, heavily taped, and LABELED FRAGILE. I covered the item for a fraction of its worth believing it to be safe and you can clearly see by the pictures that they went at it with a pick axe.
