I would recommend avoiding this company - carrier pigeons would be a better choice. Sent parcel from Brisbance to UK. It got to UK in around 10 days but then disappeared into Parcel Farce's Coventry facility and 5 weeks later it had not emerged. I and the recipient sent 6 emails to Parcel Farce - we got 6 different form letters in reply, non of which were in anyway helpful..
AVOID them they don't give a damn
