I haven't yet received a parcel.
It was sent as 'next day' delivery and even with Covid-19 considerations it has now been 192 hours since the supplier confirmed the package had been collected by Parcelforce.
It has moved from the 'hub' to the local depot.
I have contacted the original supplier and also 'Parcelforce' have allegedly contacted the depot following a comment I made on social media.
That was 3 days ago when it was already 5 days late.
In total it's been with Parcelforce in their local delivery bay for the last 107 hours "awaiting dispatch".
There is no way to get this resolved.
