Critical: Professionalism, Quality
How is it possible that my shipment is collected by a parcelforce courier but never makes it to the local Solent depot. It should not be hard to narrow down a search for a high value and large awning which surely must have been stolen by staff? Why can I get no answers and just told I will be sent a form. Please have the decency to investigate. TE0365575.
