Horrible service, missed collection of parcel. Re arrange delivery twice and nobody show up both days. Instead Tuesday Parcel was reschedule for collection following Monday. Try contact customer service and 12 times been disconnected. To cancel booking I was told I need pay £9 and for redelivery £7, this is a joke. Never use this company again.
