Delivery driver won't drop parcel off, spoke to customer service and said I've left a note on door with several instructions etc why can't they ring me when there outside. Woman from parcel force " our drivers don't have phones" then in next breath " I'll call the driver to see what's happened" this is after several failed deliveries this after I spoke to another customer service assistant days before about a failed delivery and she had "booked my parcel for redelivery" phoned up realising how shocking a delivery company is at delivering parcels I better check only to ring if my parcel will turn up only to find out.....it's not even been booked for redelivery.. customer service is the worst I've ever known!
