Sent a parcel with parcel force, paid £19.99 to ensure 24hr delivery.
It arrived 52hrs later!!!!
I was advised that they couldn’t guarantee that time after the delivery had taken place, not when paying for the service. Not happy to not be told at time of paying. if you can’t guarantee then don’t offer the service. COVID is irrelevant.
Customer service told me that I could make a claim but that basically no point as it would be declined. Will not use again.
