Absolute waste of time using this service! Don’t trust them with your packages ! You will pay extra for next day only to be told it can’t be delivered until two days later ! Daniel the manger at Newport is useless and couldn’t even be bothered to look for the parcel so we could collect ! And instead I’ve lost hundreds of pounds ! They are rude and unhelpful and I will continue to tell people how useless they are! Honestly use a different courier at all costs !!!!!! They don’t care about anything once they have been paid !!!!!
