Awful service no customer service ... been waiting for a parcel in Spain for 2 months they handed over parcel to gls Spain and it’s been sat in their hub for 6 weeks and said they can’t deliver because parcel is to large.. why would parcel force take a parcel that was to large to deliver and it’s only a chair now no one wants responsibility for it and out of pocket by £200....
Would not recommend these companies to anyone
