I ordered a shipment from the UK to Dubai. The shipment got lost and it took Parcel Force more than 3 months to declare my shipment as lost. I took out an extra insurance for my products and am now waiting since several weeks for my insurance money. Parcel Force is an absolute no go, staffed with unfriendly, unwilling and incompetent people - at least the ones I was dealing with!
