Your Delivery system is wonderful Your Tracking system is terrible.
I was sending a parcel to an elderly relative for her birthday. I have been trying to track it to make sure it got there. The system was not updated often enough to be accurate. When it was delivered all I got was that it had been delivered to a neighbour at number 2. Number 2 where? It is an isolated community the driver may know where number 2 is, as a sender I do not. The address does not have a road name. Please think of the tracking aspect and the sender more.
