Bought an item on ebay
Bought an item on ebay, from the US. Small parcel.
Got from seller to Miami OK.
Got from Miami to Heathrow OK.
Got from Heathrow to Coventry OK.
Charged customs and sticker applied, still OK. I know it was OK at this stage because the customs paid sticker was applied to a flat surface, a surface that ended up totally 'crumpled'.
Then with Parcelforce 'out for delivery'. Arrived totally crushed and contents broken.
Have registered a complaint with Parcelforce.....hmmm!
