Horrible service. Purchased Express Delivery 7 days prior to the delivery date, still waiting.
On the site they say 2 days. Can't get neither contact details nor the address of a local courier company to reach someone and pick up my parcel. Tracking isn't updating for a few days already, it's just saying it is located in the destination county. Customer Support can't help. Chat functionality is broken on mobile. It's hard to make any changes to a delivery. Paid extra money for a faster service but got only additional problems. Do not recommend it.
