Awful handling of my parcels that were sent from the US. Tracking info stated my parcels were at customs awaiting customs fees. I received no text, letter, or email notifications for two of the parcels - the parcels have been with them for 3 weeks now. I eventually phoned them to find out one of the parcels is being returned to sender and the other one was just sitting there at the depot.
Another parcel I had delivered recently was a day late, after I selected a specific day from the Parcelforce website.
