The parcel was collected by S Jones KW64LJK on 12th June, assured it would be in Galashiels by 16th June. Tracked as far as Bristol Depot and no further, several phone calls to various parcel force people with no outcome. Claim raised, now just received an email because it is out of the 30 day period no compensation will be paid.
Over £400 pounds out of pocket.
