I ordered something from Etsy which used Parcelforce as their delivery service and I waited for 2 months to then find out that it was returned to sender because the customs charge wasn't paid. However I was not notified by Parcelforce that I needed to pay a customs charge in the first place. Now I have to pay over £30 to have the item redelivered on top of whatever customs charge I have to pay. This is the worst delivery service I have ever had. I don't recommend anyone to use Parcelforce, they're terrible.
