This 1 star is as there is no option for 0. Parcel force are the worst. NEVER USE them. There are several good trustworthy parcel delivery services available use them. They lost our extremely expensive platinum ring parcel and to top it all REFUSED to even acknowledge it or even entertain the claim. For your peace of mind use any service other than parcel force. I hope they go out of business so that people are not subjected to the same torture as us. PLEASE PLEASE everyone DONT use parcel force. They are RUBBISH.
