Chase went above and beyond customer service standards. I had major trouble getting into contact with my provider to secure a prescription authorization for a bulk order of catheters. My quality of life and healthy functioning is totally dependent on catheters as I recover from a yearly surgery to treat a chronic condition. I was in a bad spot, but Chase did everything within his power to make sure that I had the supplies that I needed until we finally secured the authorization. It is difficult to find people with the level of compassion that Chase has for others, to be willing to put in the effort to make sure client's have the supplies they depend on. That level of care makes the difference, at least it did in my case, in not just providing a safe product-but providing true service for another. Thank you.
