Diane was very professional. She'd call us. But haven't heard from since got all wrong things. Catheters wrong no lubrication.still haven't heard back from her left messages. Still haven't heard about the rate irrigation traps that come with bottle and turkey like syringe for flushing. Please help still need red rubber hoses.
