Piero's persistence (without being pesty) paid off for Patient Care Medical. I hadn't thought of leaving my present supplier however this is an opportunity to give my business to two companies. (I get ostomy supplies from the other). Getting back to Mr. Pacciani........very professional, answered all my questions, took care of the paper work and I am now in business......received my first order and I am pleased with the whole transaction.
