Lara did a great job helping me find the catheters I needed! She was kind, courteous, and good at keeping me in the loop. I was going to the same Medical Supply company for years and paying out of pocket for my catheters the whole time. One call to Patient Care Medical and Lara helped get everything set up. She even called my new insurance and let me know they will be covering the catheters 100%, something I haven’t had an insurance company do in a long time. I am very thankful for Lara’s help!
