As succinct as I can be, but I left another company recommended to me by Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN). 180 Medical/Symbia Medical Supplies. Been with them a long time (years). I ran into an ordering crisis & had to deal with two sales persons (acerbic in communicating) at this company. I don’t know how I ran into Patient Care but I called & was relayed to Ms.Welty. Dealing with catheters on the phone is a delicate/awkward situation when it’s a woman. Not a problem here. She bridged all barriers & am SO grateful. Helpful, expedient, tactful.
