Misti Spitzer had done a great job contacting my husband's doctor when there was a change in his prescription; even going so far as to write a thank you note to our doctor's nurse which we thought showed real class! Not surprising, as we have been so impressed by the customer service at Patient Care Med! Misti, Heather and Erin have all gone out of their way to make the process of obtaining catheter equipment stress free for us. Misti even called back multiple times to check on us and to see that we received the needed products!
