Diane Welty is an absolute gem, a great consultant. I received a thorough introduction to the world of catheters while listening to her clear and concise explanations, a wonderful education, and I now have a complete understanding and appreciation of what it takes for her to make certain her client is comfortable and able to perform catheterization in an effective manner and without discomfort. She recommended the perfect style catheter for me -- Coude' Tip Ultra M18C -- but also made me aware of the other choices available. Diane's enthusiasm is contagious and I'm delighted to say that I caught it; the result is that I am able to handle my catheter with ultimate confidence. She is a real credit to Patient Care Medical and I consider myself fortunate indeed that she has come into my life and is taking such expert care of me. My only regret is that I was able to award her "only" five stars, the maximum allowed. That could easily have been doubled.
