Cynthia is a 5 star sales person. She did a great job explaining these new catheters, which I think are great. Sent me samples that convinced me to change from Byram Healthcare. She followed up with me on several occasions, answered my questions. Very polite and enthusiastic. If she worked for me I would give her a raise or/and promotion.
