I was given 30 samples (extremely generous amount ) of a type of intermittent catheter to try. A week after I started using my first 90 day supply, I experience a problem with the catheters that was going to make it nearly impossible to use them. While using the 90 samples for 6 days, everything was going great. Inserting the catheters into the urethral track was easy and the removal of the catheters from the urethral track was easy. Once I received my 90 day supply, I got about another six days into using them before I started to experience difficulty in removing them from my urethra. Days 7-9 it was getting moderately difficult. There was a considerable amount of friction pulling them out. Inserting them was still very smooth. From day 10, the catheters were almost glued in my urethral track. It was extremely difficult to pull them out. I was worried about doing damage to the urethral track. When I spoke to Laura Stewart about my problem she quickly set up sending me a replacement 90 day supply of the catheter I was previously using for a year. I receive them the very next day! The previous vendor I was using would not take Catheters (that they supplied) back when I experienced a problem. They offered no help. I was stuck with the catheters that they provided me. Laura was the first person that I spoke to from at least six vendors over five years that knew anything about the Catheters we were discussing. The way she spoke about the product, it almost seemed like she used them herself. There were a few other minor things Laura did for me prior to setting up that first 90 day supply. I can
