Diana Watson was, and is, very polite, courteous and professional. I had a problem with the Catherters that were sent and she spent a lot of time with me figuring out which were the ones she should send to me. I will be sending back the ones that were sent when the other type of Catherters are delivered.
Diana is a pleasure to talk to. She never rushed me and she explained everything to my satisfaction. I am happy to be doing business with you.
