After years of dealing with a local company,which every month was a hassel,and always resulted in me having to drive across town ,several times a month,and refusing to help us file with both medicare and our insurance.Well after being on the phone all morning with this local company,who informed us the could help us , and my husband was almost out of his supplies,I was in tears.I got on the internet,and the first Texas company I found a number for was Patient Medical.I called the number, and the lady took all the information ,Then after they contacted the Docters office,I was called right back, and told the supplies were on the way, 0% out of pocket,and each month I receieve a call that the supplies are on thier way.What a difference that one phone call has made in our lives.I wish i'd done this years ago.Thank you Patient Care Medical, for making life much easier for one busy Grandma!
