Starting to use a Catheter is new for me and somewhat scary. There is little help out there to find the proper unit and type of catheter for sure. Since the supplier that the Doctors office gave me I was not satisfied with the catheter and started to look around for another type. I was lucky and received an inquiry call back from Patient care representative Diane Welty. She was more than pleasant, she cared about my current issues with the supplied catheter and we agreed that I should use or test the one she recommended. She overnight some sample and I loved the packaging, the type of lubricating the whole catheter and the disposal bag for the used catheter. With Diane being so kind, so considered I felt really lucky, happy and satisfied with her recommendation. She has eliminated so many issues I was dealing with and made the process so much more productive and reduced my stress level by half for sure. I will always be great full for her help and would recommend her and Patient Care Medical to anyone who will ask me for a great solution to using the proper catheter and getting the proper individual to assist in choosing the right product.
