Cynthia Fitzpatrick was who I spoke with regarding my order. I called simply because I was curious about the twist catheters and she was amazing. She checked to see if insurance would cover the monthly supplies, and she sent me samples (which arrived very quickly) and called to make sure they arrived and if they were going to be something I could use. Cynthia was very nice, she explained things very well, and was such a joy to work with. I feel very comfortable calling her with any question I have. I was 10/10 recommend her/ this company to anyone.
