I can't even being to tell you how wonderful Patient Care Medical has been to us. Diane "Our Angel" is a true work it all. I can't believe the true dedication and effort she puts forth to make things happen. Diane Welty should truly give a class on this cause its VERY RARE you find someone who cares about what she does and then some!! It's unheard of anymore people are still around that fit into that category. The problems that my Fiance has had since his accident with getting his incontinence supplies with other suppliers was the worst. And I honestly though it was gonna be the same with your company however Ms Diane made me eat my words! Above and beyond doesn't even cover what Diane does and I can't tell you how much we appreciate her. If she's up for review she needs 10 stars 5 stars isn't enough!!
