Kenneth went above as and beyond the call of duty. Until you are faced with medical issues like the ones paralyzed or neurological patients have you'll never know how devastating of a feeling it can be when you can't get medical supplies you absolutely have to have to survive. Kenneth did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of even if medicare and Medicaid were denying me he insisted we keep pushing and working the OP problem until we found a solution. I've never ever had a customer service rep who cared about me and my health more than Kenneth. You have in him an employee who deserves to be leading by example because out of the 100s of other companies that are out there I didn't even bother calling another supplier because Kenneth never gave me a second of doubt to do so. I've been in various jobs/schooling since my late teens and my last job had me shaking hands with the 1 man show small business owner that worked out of his small home/shop and was just getting by, to presidents of nationwide companies that had over 500 employees and factory wings with million dollar private car collections. And the reason I was able to go from one end of the spectrum to the other with absolutely no problem on how to play it if I was just meeting for first time and being I was a late 30s long haired, beard and tattoo "rough or scary appearance" type, is because they wanted ME there by their choice! Because our customer service was the absolute best around and I was a field engineer who everyone seemed to have praise for with my fast and friendly service over the years. I can tell you without a doubt that almost 99% of people in the world will eat a inferior cheeseburger from across the street if there favorite burger is served cold or with a side of bad attitude. Kenneth is what I would say to be in the top 1% in what he does. His customer service/care is without a doubt unmatched and the knowledge he had of the huge product lines was astounding and his willingness to research to try and find me something else that would possibly work better was just unbelievable and the sign of someone with true care for others as human beings that you just don't get these days all to often, very heartwarming and reassuring. Whatever you are paying Kenneth is not enough because what he truly offers your customers is piece of mind and a feeling of care that you only get from a family member or best friend, and these days that's almost extinct. Hopefully I can repay him one day in person by treating him to a steak dinner but that wouldn't come close being equal to the effort and professional service he provided me in my time of dire need.
