Worst customer experience. My Christmas was ruined and they didn’t care at. all. No, a refund doesn’t make it right, I ordered it and made sure it would get here before Christmas… because it was a gift, so my mother was left giftless and I was going to keep one of the items for myself and it was going to be my first McGrath item and I just am so turned off from ever using them because of how absolutely atrocity of values as a company towards their customers.
