“Bad customer service I didn’t get what I ordered so I ask if they can resend the item or refund and they don’t do both I pay$128 for nothing

“My order has been outstanding for over a month. When I requested for refund I was informed they don’t do refund for confirmed orders. Customer service is very poor. Very disappointed with their service. I would not be buying directly from them.”
“The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I purchased multiple items during the holidays and spend hundreds of dollars. It took 2 weeks to receive my items. I reached out to Customer Support via email ( I would have called, but there is no customer service phone number listed- 1st red flag) to advise that I received the wrong shade for 2 items and requested to exchange for the correct item. I sent 4 emails and it took them 14 days to respond. The customer service representative was dismissive and unhelpful. She stated that the 30 day period had past. First of all, they sent me the wrong color, second it took 2 weeks to receive my order and another 14 days to receive a response to my email. Completely unacceptable! Do not!! I repeat DO NOT purchase any products from this company. Their customer service is lacking and the products are mediocre. This is NOT a “luxury” brand. They do not value their customers and from what I can see from the online reviews, they do not value their reputation.”
“I purchased item worth $389.28 from patmcgrath.com website and did not receive the items. I paid in full and no emails from them. On 12/28 I received an email for a refund of $23.80 for I don’t even know what. I have no idea what happened to my order. The status on the website shown as UNFULFILLED.
I believe this site is a fraud. Don’t ever buy from them because they will take your money. Horrible fraud. Shame on you!”
“Worst customer experience. My Christmas was ruined and they didn’t care at. all. No, a refund doesn’t make it right, I ordered it and made sure it would get here before Christmas… because it was a gift, so my mother was left giftless and I was going to keep one of the items for myself and it was going to be my first McGrath item and I just am so turned off from ever using them because of how absolutely atrocity of values as a company towards their customers.”
“WORST experience ever! Items not received, ignored by customer service repeatedly, no response from the brand on social media. A month after not hearing anything and having my bank flag them for fraud, I got a partial refund and an email saying the items I ordered were out of stock. SERIOUSLY???!!!”
